We're sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. Some users do find that compatibility with wireless chargers varies depending on the exact phone + case + charger combination, and unfortunately, Qi charging performance with some Pixel setups can be less forgiving, especially if anything creates even a small gap. The adhesive vs. purely magnetic mounting trade-off is also something others have noted, and we appreciate you calling it out.
