I contacted customer support but they did nothing to fix the mistake instead they offered a $1.50 refund for receiving a open box item

And the hole to put one finger thru is not that big and feels like it’s going to break. Couldn’t get the kickstand feature to hold the phone up either.

My Mag charger does not charge with this on at all, it says it charges and then doesn’t then does then doesn’t… it’s not worth the money

They only want to send me the adhesive part, when its the actual magnet that i believe it faulty. Do not recommend. Not worth $40. Such a joke.

What a waste of money

It also didn't take long for the springs that hold it down to go, so now it's just an annoying protrusion on the back of my phone. So not worth the price!
