Originally having the Snap 4 and loving it I wanted to update to the Snap 5. It has. It had any issues with staying attached on my iPhone. No sticky residue when you want to remove it. Now, you can’t (like who really would) go crazy flinging your phone around seeing how strong the magnets are, as they definitely are strong enough and hold well enough that you can be confident your phone won’t fall. Snap 5 still has the great features when it comes to rotating, grip choices and using it as a stand.

If your phone doesn't come with the stronger mag and you want wireless charging this is the way to go and it is pretty high quality ive gotten another one since i gave one to my mom and she liked the texture

As far as functioning as a pop socket, this thing works as advertised. Is sturdy enough as a kickstand and fairly comfortable to use. It's also very thin! The only downside is it doesn't seem to allow enough energy through it to charge an Android phone using a magsafe adapting case and portable magsafe charger. Without the socket installed the portable charger is more efficient.

Honestly I like the minimalist design to it and functions that it provides but realizing that is an adhesive accessory is a bit down side and the rotation of the middle piece. Having to stick your grip to your phone and then being super limited just because it the middle part doesn’t rotate is a big let down and I’m currently leaving the adhesive liner on so I can remove it rotate it that way, but defeats the whole purpose of this specific phone grip. Can be grip but need to fix these main issue.

I have tried several brands of phone grips and this is the best. Very thin. For my needs it is perfect.

I like the product — slim profile, strong magnet, and the adhesive has held so far, but it’s only been 4 months. However, the folding mechanism, which is made of pretty thin plastic, had not held up. The plastic is now bending in ways that make it almost impossible to collapse entirely, and if i put it in my pocket not completely collapsed, it gets caught up when trying to take it out of my pocket. For the price, i was hoping it would last more than 4 months.

Installation was quite easy. I was a bit worried initially, because I was confused on how to use it. And while I was trying to figure that out, the center part fell out of the outer part. I was able to see that this part sits in some grooves in the center, and if I stuck it on my phone, the center piece falling out in use shouldn't be a problem. But right out the gates, I was already contemplating bringing the thing back for a refund or exchange. On my magsafe case, it was super easy to install. It just popped on, and I pressed it in. I was a bit worried about using a magsafe charger with this, since several people had complained about the glue coming off or melting, making the grip fall off their phone. I actually don't like using magsafe overnight because I love to doom scroll my phone at night (lol). I typically just use the cable. But in the car, I have a magsafe charger, and I was a bit worried since I do feel the grip getting hot. So far though, no issues with it melting off after a week of use. I will say, I could see if you use a magsafe charger overnight, how the adhesive would melt for those who charge like this daily. The other concern was that due to how light and thin the product is, it feels quite flimsy. So initially I was worried it would break easily. After a week of use and getting used to it, it does seem pretty sturdy despite my initial reaction. We shall see how long this grip lasts! So far so good. But the initial impression definitely threw me off a bit.

Been using and loving Pop Sockets for years but decided to try this because it’s so thin and unlike Pop Sockets, does not have to be removed to use mag charger. I’m a bit skeptical because it’s so thin. Doesn’t seem like it will last before the plastic collapsable parts wear out but time will tell. In the meantime, it works just fine.

These grips are the best I’ve ever used. They are thin and barely noticeable when you don’t want it, and comfy and easy to use when you do. It’s a nice fidget too!

The magnets are super strong and the wireless charging works as it should with my s24 ultra. Be sure your case is a material that is adhesive friendly. My Spigen Neo Hybrid is not compatible, it has too soft of a touch and has a textured pattern so the OhSnap grip stays on the magsafe wireless charger when I take it off. The clear Spigen cases hold the grip well, or if your brave enough caseless is strong. Popsocket doesn't fall off of the Spigen Neo Hybrid case but they use a full back adhesive instead of the ring adhesive required for the OhSnap to spin.

I find how thin this is very nice and the fact that it allows the phones magnet to pass through it very handy. I will say that the magnet itself is almost too strong, it has stuck to other magsafe objects more than the phone itself which is obviously problematic. I would recommend ot as long as you are applying it to a magsafe case and not the phone itself. Use a couple dabs of super glue and put it on the case.

Works great and love the function of this instead of the pop sockets. I really like that when you stick it to your iPhone it definitely feels secure with the magnets and adhesive. Also it is great being able to charge through it and it works on my Belkin stand by my bed. The one issue I have with it, is it doesn't work with Apple's 25w MagSafe charger. The phone doesn't recognize the charger at all when you snap it on the back. So be aware of that if you plan to charge with Apple's newer charging puck or want the faster charging on your 16.

Magnet is strong, Ultra thin to sit almost flat in pocket. Just what I was looking for.

Great low profile phone holder with Magsafe. I should have waited for the OhSnap 5 product. However, the OhSnap is an excellent product for Android.

I liked how strong the magnet was and the sleek design. You can stick it to your microwave or other metal surface while cooking, which was great. Unfortunately, it stuck to a metal table while I was out to dinner and unstuck from the back of my phone and was left at the restaurant. Perhaps it doesn't work well on plastic phone cases and is better sticking to the actual phone?

I would say it would be good if placed directly to the phone. But if you have a case that has magsafe, it gets pretty hot. Maybe a plain case it would do fine. In my case, Pun intended, it was getting too hot. It didnt really give me the option to pull the snap on and off since it had adhesives to stick to the phone or case. . Overall slim yet pricey. I had to sadly remove the adhesive to make it work on my phone case to pull it on and off so it didnt heat up during charging. Couldnt return since i couldnt return it used.
