Terrible pop socket

It’s like two points that come out and it’s very very uncomfortable trying to hold that.

Poor Design

You have you use the sticker attachment and put it on your case even if you have the MagSafe. If you remove it leaves a bunch of residue. I’d suggest trying a different brand. I even sent a video to customer support and they said that was normal and offer no other solution.

Sprung and now unusable

I was so excited for this product and it sprung within the first couple of weeks and will not lay flat!! Now if I use it, it catches everything!!! The magnet that keeps the socket in the base stopped working. Very difficult to rotate on the base as an advertised feature. Save yourself a headache and get a popsocket. Don’t have any pictures due to it being in the trash.

Doesn’t charge on regular capacitive charging devices, must use a magnetic, magic-mount style charger for it to do what it is advertised to do. Disappointed.

Weak Magnet and Doesn’t Feel Like $40

The material holding the puck to the base is extremely flimsy and feels like plastic. I’m sure it would’ve held up fine, but very difficult to justify for $40. It’s also a pain to pull the puck out every time if you don’t have nails, then you need you orient it so the folded interconnects are parallel with your grip every time.
