Feels flimsy but it's not

Not as functional as I’d hoped

The pieces that fold when you go to close it don’t always fold the right direction, so you have to turn it over and close it with two hands as well

Popsocket amazing - BestBuy is terrible

BestBuy agreed to ship a replacement which was also ripped out of the fedex package and stolen they refused to order another replacement or let me speak to a supervisor so this will be the last time i do business with bestbuy

Horrible magnets

The older version with the adhesive works way better and has way better magets. I am not able to get my magsafe wallet to attach securely or even the magsafe chargers. This was not a problem with the previous versions. Maybe i got a defective unit

Beware buying open box

It was advertised as excellent, like new, but when it was delivered and I opened the package, the product was not inside. I did get my refund, but I'm disappointed; I really wanted the item.

Difficult to use one handed.

Everything that makes it so it "doesn't suck" is exactly why it sucks. It's thin, that's where the good ends. Too difficult to handle one handed which defeats the point. It's too difficult to get your fingers situated after "popping" out the grip with one hand.
