I backed the original and the 2nd version both through Kickstarter and the second one was great. I was hesitant to switch to the newest design because I felt the v2 was so good I didn't want to be disappointed. I am very happy I finally upgraded! This latest version is very well made, high quality materials, and sticks to my phone case amazingly well.

DOESN'T CHARGE

The magnets are really strong, yes, but even on the original Magsafe charger from Apple I'll hear the telltale sound of charging starting, only to come back to my phone later and it's stopped entirely. The stand part is nicely done, but I can't speak as to how it holds up over time because I really only managed to use this for a week before I had to give up. For close to $50 after tax, not worth it at all.

Don’t be fooled. Not so great.

It has built in adhesive and magnet mag safe which is stupid because the adhesive part is just annoying, too strong and messy. It’s also really hard to activate the products main function. It’s designed to open a specific way with your fingers, there are two grooves that your fingers have to touch and feel in order to open it correctly as a pop socket. Its horrible. And the thinness makes it harder. It looks great, outside magnet is sick and the stands built in are ok. Grip feels good on the fingers. Would I recommend this? No. Just stick to a regular mag safe pop socket. Less of a hassle to use.
