It looked the part -small fit the phone, easy to still put in the pocket. But it will not work magnetically. HUGE disappointment, and they will not take it back. BOO. I only bought it less than 10 days ago. So disappointed in the functionality.

Stylish, but disappointing (Android)

Both the adhesive on the grip itself (and the included vinyl sticker designed to increase adhesion to Android phones) separated from my S24 Ultra at the slightest strain, which defeats the point of a phone grip.

Big mistake

Posted .Hey ChristopherF! Thank you so much for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you are running into issues with wireless charging with the Snap Grip. If the grip is preventing your phone from receiving wireless charging, I would recommend the following:
1. Check your thickness. The case needs to be less than 2.2mm thick (the thickness of a nickel). If your case is thicker than this, then it's possible that the overall thickness is too much for your wireless charger to power through.
2. Check your charger. Ohsnap recommends magnetic/magsafe chargers for best results with Snap 4 Luxe. Pads and stands have too much positioning variance to get the advantages of the updated grip design that helps charging in magsafe conditions.
3. Check your placement - you want to make sure that the grip is centered over the internal charing coil that supports the wireless charger. The best way to find this is by placing your charger over your phone (before placing your grip) to see where successful charging is achieved.
4. Check your power - make sure you're using a wireless charger that supports 20w (this is normally most chargers that now use USB-C and not USB-A). If the charger is not getting proper power, it won't be able to go through the thickness mentioned above.

Broke after a few days

They got great marketing but their product is sub par. We got ours on open box and paid half. I feel bad for anyone who paid retail price.

Concept is great, but the delivery, not so much. It feels flimsy at times, it’s hard to take out the socket with one hand, and the stand mode feels wobbly at times. DEFINITELY not worth the $40 price tag on this.
