Sprung and now unusable

I was so excited for this product and it sprung within the first couple of weeks and will not lay flat!! Now if I use it, it catches everything!!! I looked online to see if there was any way to fix it but can’t find anything!

The magnet that keeps the socket in the base stopped working. Very difficult to rotate on the base as an advertised feature. Save yourself a headache and get a popsocket. Don’t have any pictures due to it being in the trash.

Doesn’t charge on regular capacitive charging devices, must use a magnetic, magic-mount style charger for it to do what it is advertised to do. Disappointed.

The stand portion is very flimsy and collapses easily. Very disappointing and waste. I returned it after a couple hour of use.

Weak Magnet and Doesn’t Feel Like $40

The material holding the puck to the base is extremely flimsy and feels like plastic. I’m sure it would’ve held up fine, but very difficult to justify for $40. It’s also a pain to pull the puck out every time if you don’t have nails, then you need you orient it so the folded interconnects are parallel with your grip every time.

At least for me it does. I couldn't get it to stay on my phone unless I used the stocky strip on it. It wouldn't let my phone charge and I just had an overall bad experience with this product. Wasn't worth the price it is.

The two main reasons why I am returning this: 1. The materials are super cheap, and feel very flimsy/like the pieces will break quickly. 2. IT DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED / it did not stick to my android for even 2 seconds. Very unhappy with this purchase and would not recommend to anyone.
