Not complaining about Best buy, this is about the product. I saw an ad on Facebook for this product. It looked really interesting. Slaps onto your phone with magnets, can hold your phone multiple ways, it's sleek, and can be used with wireless chargers. Being skeptical about ordering through Facebook directly, I started researching and was pleasantly surprised to find that a reputable business like Best Buy carried the product. So, I ordered the product through Best Buy and received it very quickly. Once received, I looked it over as I removed it from the packaging. I was disappointed to find that it had to be attached to my phone with adhesive, not just magnetically "snapped" on as shown in the advertisement. Red flag #1 - I'm not sure how one would switch it between devices as advertised when it has to be adhered directly to one device. Reluctantly, I did attach it to my phone, because it is what the instructions said to do. After attaching, the instructions say you can use the product after two hours. I waited a full 24 hours before using, to make sure it adhered well. In that 24-hour timeframe, I did need to charge my phone and found it very difficult to get the wireless charging to work. It was like my phone was too far away from the wireless charger. After much placement adjustment of my phone to the charger, it did finally start charging. Red flag #2. From the advertisement, I was interested in the "one finger" configuration of holding my phone and the phone spinning trick. So, after the 24 hours, I tried the 'one finger" holding feature first. Opening the holder as shown in the instructions on the packaging, I was disappointed there was no "snapping" action happening, the cover only flopped open. Red flag #3. I was also disappointed to see cheap plastic construction of the "cover" and supporting "struts" involved. Red flag #4. But this is to be new age materials and construction, so I trusted the process, but have since found out I shouldn't have. As the instructions show, I slipped my finger through the support "struts" to find it very tight before I could even get to my first knuckle. There was no way the phone would remain securely gripped with just my fingertip tucked between the "struts". Red flag #5. I removed my finger and tried to close the cover, only to find that the cover no longer lays flat within the metal ring as it should. It's like the "struts" are all stretched out and deformed now. No more red glags, now I have a real problem. I am a male, just like the presenter in the advertisement I watched, but I do not have big hands or fat fingers by any means. So, I am very disappointed that the product couldn't perform as shown and it is ruined in my first attempt at using it. I've spent the last few days, looking to see if it's possible to get the "struts" in place again and reseat the cover so it lays flat again. I cannot. Placing the phone back in my pocket, the cover stays open and produces a bulge in my pocket. Also, there is no "snapping" action that takes place when opening or closing the cover. And as for the adhesion to my phone, I was able to pry the whole unit off my phone with just my fingers and very little pressure. So, it didn't even adhere to my phone that well, even after a full 24 hours before using the unit, plus the few days of messing with trying to reseat the cover flat again. My question would be, how long would it have even stayed on my phone, as it slips in and out of my pocket all day long. Also, now that I have the product removed from my phone, I've continued to try to "fix" the "struts' . When pressing the cover down, the plastic part popped out of the metal ring (the only "snap" I've experienced so far). I have been able to "pop" it back into place, but the spinning action is more 'labored' now. I don't know if I just got a defective one, or if I actually "broke" it so easily with my little hands. But I'm very disappointed in the product I received. Neat idea, nice design, looks sharp... but not the quality I was hoping for. - 1 star and getting returned.

The grip is not very comfortable to hold and scratches fingers. The build looks good but after a few days of use the grip rotation doesn’t rotate smoothly.

one broke so for the price not great but i got a second one , morphie from bestbuy might be bettef

Yes, this is a strong magnet. Works great. I thought the stand was really flimsy but it's pretty strong. I was surprised.

Good product a little hard to remove from phone base.

To keep it simple just watch the OhSnap video on youtube. You will not be disappointed! This is my favorite MagSafe accessory! It is sleek, thin, strong, and very well made. Easy to use and I’m excited to switch it over to the 17. The kickstand is very solid as well. I purchased the navy blue and it matches my 15 pro max perfectly.

While it may seems flimsy, I really like how little space this one takes up compared to traditional pop sockets, and the magnetic feature is very nice for putting my phone up while cooking or at the gym.

I love how sleek and flat it lays when im not using it. Fits in pockets and never catches on anything. Otherwise the magnet feature is really cool. Ill put it on the fridge or on the ooverhead fan when cooking new recipes.

Slim, sleek, and magnetic! All i could ask for in a phone holder. Easy to use anywhere! I love that i can stick my phone to the fridge when im cooking, or on the equipment at the gym! 10/10 recommend!

It's an amazing product for those looking for a better popsocket or stand for their phone. The magnet is extremely strong as well, so Magsafe accessories should still attach with no problems.

Nice accent to phone case that provides function when you want it but stays out of the way when you dont. No need for use of adhesive if using magsafe case. Hsppy.

Good product but doesnt meet my needs. I dont like the sticky seal on it, it makes it difficult to take off when you want to use another magnetic grip or stand.

Great product for my phone accessories that i like to have on my phone

The product is decent but it needs to be magnetic. Instead i have to permanently attach it to the phone which only allows me to have my hand in limited positions and i can not adjust it for comfort.

The grip is very very thin and is well attached to my case. Opening the grip and getting my fingers into it takes some getting used to but is getting easier as I use it.

Better than a popsocket Magnets are very strong especially when using a magsafe car mount I was actually thinking about getting another one in a different color

2nd product works well the first one I brought was a 4 but ut was upgrade to a 5 and this one works better it's a maganet

Very thin and holds up great. Would recomend and will repurchase if i ever need to.
