It's been used every day since arriving last week! Having the capability to govern the speed between 3 options is great, depending on where you're riding that day or who's riding it. I think I saw 17mph on the display at one point, so there's no issue getting to the max speed. Cruise control is nice too. The headlight and taillight are very bright. Being able to customize the LED color in the app is a fun feature (it lights up the front bar and underneath the base)! Extra bonus- quick shipping! We ended up purchasing two scooters "his and hers" in black and white for fun outings together! Maybe we'll let the kids borrow them when they're a little taller!

The best electric scooter to have for almost 15miles back and forth non-stop. Charging time is not too bad. Speed is very fascinating, Its really fun to ride. It has been almost 1.5yrs of purchase and still perfectly fine. Neon lighting really caught attention for others.

Very fun scooter. Appears to be build well and made to last. Easy to assemble and folds down for compact storage. There is a nice screen that shows mph and battery life. I also appreciate how there are 3 different modes to activate when riding (pedestrian, economy, and sports mode) to tailor your ride experience. This OKAI scooter has a ton of features for the money and a user friendly app. Great fun for adults and older kids, I'd recommend OKAI to anyone looking for an electric scooter. Shipping was fast through Best Buy and order came earlier than expected.

I’ve been using my scooter to go everywhere and I save so much time. It’s comfortable to drive, the battery lasts forever and it’s easy to fold and carry around. The “Tesla of scooters” review got me! Wear a helmet and make sure to not go fast when the street is wet, it can slip when you break!

Love the speed, the lights, the app, the sleek look of the white scooter. Love zooming through the streets to go to the gym, the grocery store, my favorite restaurant, or just to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. Very happy with my purchase!!!

Within 2 months is falling completely apart. Missing screws, rattling under mudguard, and the pull to close has stopped working. Extremely saddened that I spent $430 on a vehicle that I’ve made sure to take the utmost care of and it’s already become unsafe to ride. Have ridden less than 100 miles on this scooter (the app tracks it). All I want is a refund n return.

I enjoyed the ease of use. The app is friendly. The pneumatic tire in the front is a must. Cracks in the road are much different at 15 MPH.

A good scooter for beginners. First trip was 8 miles of fun. Power is limited to 15mph and brakes are average braking distance. I like the ride. You have cushion with the air front tire and rear suspension. The app has lots of features but bluetooth connection is sometimes challenging. Is it worth buying? Yes, well built,enough power to go up low grade hills, nice lighting system so you can be seen and the range of distance is better than average scooter of same class. The weight of the scooter 35lbs is manageable if you need to carry it up a flight of stairs.

This scooters really impressed me with its range. Mile range is accurate aslong as you stay under full speed. Digital tachometer feels very premium. Very comfortable to ride. Motor is a bit noisy & scooter is awkward to carry as the handle rotates a bit while carrying in the folded position. Connecting to the app is very simple & overall a great scooter for beginners.

I purchased this Scooter for my College son to cruise around campus. This Scooter showed up in 3 days and was very please with the quality and heavy duty construction. Charged it over night and it was ready to go with very little assembly required. The speed is perfect, and holds a charge for 24 hrs.+. Now I may have to get another one for my self to run neighborhood erands.

This is an amazing scooter. The ride is smooth and fast enough. Also, it has some great lighting which makes it safe to ride at night. This scooter folds down for easy transportation. This is a great scooter for all ages. We bought one for our 12 and 13 year old girls. They love it.

This is a fantastic scooter. Not only does it have some great lighting features, but the ride is smooth and easy. The scooter charges quickly and is easy to use. I think the speed is perfect for everyone. Also, it folds down for easy transportation.

A really fun ride! The footboard is nice and wide so that you can place your feet at just about any angle you want while you ride. The throttle is responsive and acceleration is really smooth. There is a nice option that allows the rider to either start from a dead stop and use the throttle to go or to have to kick off and push a couple of times before the throttle kicks in - useful for inexperienced riders. The hand disc brake handles just like a bicycle hand brake and really helps to slow the scooter down if you can't wait to let the motor do that work once you release the throttle. The display is nice and bright, so you can easily see it in full daylight. The indicators for mode and battery life remaining are a little small due to the nature of the small display but are still easy enough to understand the information being displayed. Getting into cruise control (once you turn that feature on in the app) is easy and does a nice job maintaining the set speed whether you are going uphill or downhill or on a straightaway. The ride LED headlight is nice and bright, and the taillight is always on. The scooter body has LED lighting in the shaft as well as under the footboard, and the app allows you to select different colors for the different riding modes and conditions. You don't have to worry about cars seeing you if you ride at dusk. The Okai app on a smartphone has lots of options and is easy to pair with the scooter itself. I will say that it could be a bit more user intuitive, but, after trying some things out and navigating through the different pages and options, it got easier. And, it would be nice if more than one phone could 'bind' to the scooter if you only have one scooter but multiple riders. I do really like how you can lock out the scooter through the app so no one can activate it and ride off with it. All in all a great electric scooter, and I'm excited to use it on a regular basis!

Very impressed with my scooter. Little assemble to connect the handlebars and we were off. It accelerates as specified, and very easy to handle. The app association is clutch. I love the lock button, rendering the scooter useless and ensuring my 6-year-old can't take off without supervision and at the wrong speed governance. Overly impressed. Plan on purchasing a second one!!!

This scooter is AWESOME! I bought 2 of them when they were on sale and I’m super impressed with the speed and the battery life.
