    I was told this item goes 18 Miles with a 15 mile per hour speed the reality is that it goes 6 miles on a fully charged battery and only goes 15 mph when it's warm because when it's cold even going downhill it only goes 12 mph I paid $419 bucks for this I was given fraudulent information and no availability to get a better scooter I really needed a good scooter so I can have availability to get to and from for a job and sad to say this scooter does not do the bare minimum online says the same stuff for the information that Best buy gave me so either I was given the wrong product or I was given fraudulent information by multiple sources

    We bought this once before and it seems like the current or the charger ruined the battery. Unable to fix we bought another one. Other than that it works well.
