Love this scooter, but if anything breaks on it, the company wont reply. Ive tried to get new tires and the company still hasnt replied.

i recently bought the scooter, and I tried setting it up on the app, and I cannot find the name of the app. Isn’t it okai???? but i cannot find it anywhere on the apple store

Fast, built well, met the ceo of the company one time and he is very passionate about them. I hit 20mph on it and I weigh 200lbs. Highly recommend.

Built poorly for the cost. Wont accelerate forward 39 days after purchase. I can get a new one and the manufacturer doesn't have a phone number. They only communicate VIA email.

Less than a year and it won’t turn on. Looks like a battery issue, replaced charger and still nothing. Best Buy won’t cover anything without the warranty purchase which I should have purchased and good luck getting help from OKAI.

Battery does not work. Rode the scooter for under 100 miles and Best Buy will not take my return. Worst use of $1000 dollars. Will be disputing with Amex.

Overstated specs, this is unsafe to ride on nyc streets. No suspensions.

I didn’t receive shipment as of now even though on my order status says that it was delivered, yet i was charged full amount

I love how smooth it rides and once you get used to the weight it's easy to carry. Reason only 4 out 5 is because it has a manual back brake and the motor once it hits max speed will automatically brake. I wish I could control when the front brake engages and how hard but it also doesn't help that it's not more water resistant

This scooter is awesome! Its fast and the battery doesn’t run out quickly. The other scooter I had did run out quickly. I don’t have a car and I’m able to ride it to work and back without losing it’s charge. I’m so comfortable riding it and would recommend it to others.

I've had it for a week and have already put 100 miles on it. When you live in a town with busted side walks you can always find yourself an improvised ramp or an obstical to dodge. The scooter is both practical and safe enough for regular riders and sturdy enough to go off of a small quarter pipe ramp and not break in half. I've hit pot holes and small curbs pretty hard on this thing and so far so good. I would say it takes a little bit of patience to set this thing up, however. Attaching the handle bars without accidentally pinching a wire was a bit of a pain. Also i don't like it that this thing can get locked into default settings if the "Activation" doesn't go well in the app. Also, make sure you dont skip checking the tire pressure out of the box, mine was almost flat. This being said, read the instructions or watch the setup video before you ride it. If all goes well with your setup process youll be using your car a lot less and perhaps exploring places in your town you didnt even know about.

I got the scooter for my wife for Christmas and she completely loves it. We live on an island so she has been able to turn it into her daily vehicle. The scooter has cool lights and amazing speed.

Awesome scooter. Fast, stable and easy to ride. Lots of power uphill. Great over not so smooth surfaces. Lots of room on the footboard. Good value. Seems very well made.

Perfect use for our son's 7 mile ride to and from work. Durable tires and lasting battery life make the ride great.
