Great product, quick to load, you have my approval to buy

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! The folding mechanism was not only difficult to work it also failed where there is only a single torque screw that keeps it together and since that is exactly what happened to me it came apart. Long story short as i can keep going on other issues. That was not the worst part, the nightmare part of it was their support team who would tell me they were shipping out me a replacement scooter and get me a tracking number i never got it. They literally would not reply to my emails so no commucation at all left hanging. The only way i could get a reply from them was after filing a complaint with the BBB did they finally reply. I got the same response that my replacement would be shipped. After 2 months of dealing with them i gave up i was literally fuming the whole time mind boggled as to what is wrong with this picture. I mean a simple reply that i got your message i will contact you, but no not even that. Finally one day after more than 2 months i finally got an email it was being shipped . Not happy!

Tires break so easily, I've only had them for over a month, too soon for whatever reason

The only draw back for me is that on bumpy roads, pot holes or uneven sidewalks you will not get a smooth ride. You will feel the vibration. There is no shock absorbers or any mechanisim to absorb these. Other than that the range is awsome, the front and back lights are bright. The LED's lights are a nice feature. The acelaration is pretty good and it goes up steep hills pretty good. Would like for the app to get upgraded and add more of the LED light patterns available.

Not sure about the 50 miles max range or the 20 mph speed, but it goes pretty fast and the battery last quite a long time. Can go up a steep hill. I'm 157 lbs. Okai website and support is somewhat lacking if you need technical support such as how to change the tires.

I upgraded my GoTrax Rival as it really struggled to climb hills with me on it and this does not disappoint! I was looking at models with stronger motors thinking I needed 500Watts, and I found this listed at 700 watts so I ordered it. After ordering I was concerned as I found out it is a 350 watt motor (many companies however mis label motor wattage) but I decided if I didn't like it I could return it. There are hardly any reviews on this so far so I figured it was a gamble, but it paid off. My neighborhood has a particular hill that the GoTrax can not climb at all with my weight (195lbs) and others it slows to a crawl at around 7mph. I took that hill this morning and it maintained 10 mph on the steepest part, and the other hills it can still gain speed up. It's fast, handles well, looks great, and it lasts so long, more than triple the mileage of the GoTrax/ Way to go Okai!

This scooter is amazing! Super easy to setup and so fun to ride! This thing is smooth and fast and I love how far I can go on a single charge. So much better than the ones I've rented around town.

Upon opening this product you immediately note the great craftsmanship that went into it. I love how portable and storable it is when the handlebars are folded down. Great for my wife who likes setting 2 and 10mph and for me who likes going a little bit faster (note: Was able to get this to 30mph, 10mph over the stated max). Very stable and quality ride. Would purchase again.

While the battery life and speed are great, there's a lot of things that rattle and buzz while riding. I returned the first scooter because it produced horrifying whining noises during acceleration, the second one doesn't do that, but starts rattling at 12mph+.

It is fast and reliable. Setup was relatively easy. Driven 70 mi so far. Lights, brakes, and range are good.

Great scooter, is fast and comfortable. 3 different speeds (8mph, 12mph and 18mph). Customizable using the app. The only reason I'm giving it four star is because it doesn't give you 50 miles per charge. If you go on this lowest speed it gives you about 35 to 40 miles per charge. If you go at the highest speed it only gives you about 25 to 35 mi per charge. And that's if You don't go uphill that much. That's why 4 stars

This thing is awesome, gets you to where you want or need to go quickly. I love how fast it moves, definitely makes it worth the price. However, I received the scooter with a broken screen. It’s annoying because I didn’t spend $599 (great sale price) to have a broken screen. I have been busy since purchasing, a lot of us have hectic lives. I was informed that I could not do anything to exchange/fix the display. This is outrageous considering the box itself was not damaged. I wonder if this was a returned product? No one should have to deal with a screen that’s DOA. Not good Best Buy, I couldn’t open the box until almost a month after buying. I’m upset that it wasn’t sold as a defective screen or open box situation. It was either opened and resealed , or was dropped before it got to the store. Otherwise cool scooter.

Charges pretty fast. Could probably get you about 25 miles on a single charge going at 20 miles an hour. Not a lot of customization to the display. App is pretry simple. NFC key card access is cool, but you also have the ability to use your phone and the app to unlock and lock it. It does autobreak if you go too fast down a hill, which sucks but it is liveable.
