quite, fast, pneumatic tubeless tires. 1st escooter i own, as with any tube or tubeless tires is prone to flats. i recomment filling tires with tire sealant to avoid flats. i rode mine 5miles while cleaning i notice the rightside wall on rear tire had a dip or warp while the leftside is fine. after reaching tech support and showed proof of the issue tech said is a defect he recommended returning to bestbuy for replacement. besbuy was kind to get me a replacement. waiting on a replacement great service from bestbuy!

After checking several reviews, we decided for OKAI-NEON best decision ever. Extremely easy to assemble and easy to drive it. Basically, you unfolded and start driving.

Sturdy, light and cool lighting effects, this scooter is a good entry level scooter. Wish the handlebars were a few inches wider for increased stability, but it is built very well compared to other electric scooters we have purchased.

Rides smooth and feels fast. Easy to set up but battery doesnt last long on full power.

Very good in speed, able get around campus very fast.

Bought this for my teenage son. He takes this to distance places with alot of charge to spare. He loves this thing.

Amazing range, i could forget to charge it and itll somehow make it for 3days of use. However it does lack in suspension and bumps/potholes are terrible

Brought a year ago. Still runs great and still hold battery.

The price is more than adequate, I have used this scooter for 1150 km and it is as good as new. Good speed and what I like the most is how stable and strong it feels.

Everything it has on description is accurate the only thing is that you get about 20 miles with full speed and more in the high 30s with slow mode

Great build quality is bout all the good I have to say about it The scooter is advertised to go 50 miles on a single charge. That should be said with an asterisk, "Under perfect conditions you will hit this range". Its more like 20 and even that is questionable. I have hills nearby and I'm also riding this in the thick of winter in Florida. The lowest it reaches here is the lower 30s. I strongly dislike the random braking. The acceleration is spotty. At full speed if I hold the throttle it will go and then reduce in speed and then go again as if I'm feathering the throttle. The brakes kick in randomly when I'm going fast. All around this scooter is not as advertised and I don't like it. I would recommend other people steer clear of this.

Picks up speed fast . Very sturdy ride . I depend on this scooter and it never lets me down

Only have used it once and it didn’t give me any problems…. We will see how it performs on the long run

I’ve had lots of fun using it and and even going for quick groceries and I’ve never ran outta battery
