Looks good, has nice features, no issues for me. Compared to some other brands I have tried (Segway, Inokim) I like Okai most. One thing to mention for future updates. Can we have a rubber piece around the power button. It doesn't cost much and it completely eliminates the rattle at high speeds.

My scooter just randomly powered off while riding it and I get an error message “7” they claim they will fix it but it’s been almost a month now mind you I have only had this product for 90 days! The scooter itself worked perfectly until it stopped!

Disappointed with Best Buy Service

I called Best Buy in Danvers where we bought it, only to be redirected to the Geek Squad and they couldn’t help me. I spoke to service at Best Buy and they told me I needed the part number of the power supply. I had to call Okai and they were also useless. I had to order one off the Okai website myself after only having this product for 18 days. Best Buy only has an 15 day return policy unless I want to buy a plan for $49 yo extend returns to 60 days. I’m very disappointed and unhappy. I’ve always shopped at Best Buy. I don’t see myself shopping here in the future. The Okai scooter rides well but doesn’t stop quickly.

Downside is if you get a flat, you are stuck with a useless product! I got in touch with the manufacturer and they do not sell tire replacements and this specific tire is hard to find online and no shops around DFW have them or can’t get them online.

Not once as the scooter exceeded 24 miles range. It is peppy but not very solid. The handlebars get a lot of play in the neck over time.

The range is also significantly overrepresented, it's half of what is advertised. The ride is rough, and holding down the throttle for long enough to activate the cruise control is just as punishing as holding down the other button in tandem to activate it. It's not worth the price.
