The range is also significantly overrepresented, it's half of what is advertised. The ride is rough, and holding down the throttle for long enough to activate the cruise control is just as punishing as holding down the other button in tandem to activate it. It's not worth the price.

If you have any issues with this item, just know email is the main source of communication. There’s no live service tech only customer service that tells you email your concerns. Get the Best Buy membership incase you pass the 14 day return policy, you going to need it if you come across any issue(flat tire, Bluetooth issue, damage or broken device) buy this item if you have patience with 2-3 day response from an email.

I reached out to The company to have my scooter replaced, seeming it’s under their “warranty” only to be told that I had to pay for a box and that if they found it was my issue, then I would have to pay for the fixes and the shipping for it to be sent back to me. They told me they don’t replace scooters or give refunds!!! when I simply just want my scooter replaced after spending nearly $1000 What a scam company, they would only respond if I threatened to sue them. I will never buy a scooter from them ever again. This gross negligence and horrible customer service left a horrendous Taste in my mouth. Fortunately, Best Buy was wonderful And went above and beyond in taking care of me by giving me store credit past there limits. If it wasn’t for Best Buy making an exception, I would still be dealing with this nightmare.
