Enjoyable '80's Disney offering
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Oliver and Company is an enjoyable and interesting adaptation of Oliver Twist set in the NYC of the late 80's. The plot, especially the ending of the movie are extremely predictable, but you must remember that the intended audience were children.The movie features fantastic animation, including some early uses of computer effects. There are also some memorable songs and the score is very dated. There were certainly better 80's animated movies, but while not a great movie it is still enjoyable to watch 25 years later.
