Most devices like this are difficult to use but this has all the features of a complicated device but user friendly.

Easy to use records clearly and play back is just as clear. Directions need to be written bigger, very hard to read.

It is not a bad recorder, but it says that it works with windows and Mac. Only works with Windows. I use Mac so, I should have bought a different recorder. It also takes some getting used to the controls, but the manual is a PDF as well as online.
