Not just in dimensions but also in memory this recorder is ideal for my needs. And the built in USB is perfect for transferring interviews!

Very easy to operate and use.. Good product for the price..

Picks up with clarity, but has recording interference that can muffle sound. Auto record with slide button is the biggest plus, helps so theres no accidental recording or deletions. Downside is it has built in storage, so must offload with USB cable (no SD card option).

I purchase this item for my mom who has become very forgetful. This makes a great gift for those like to dictate what is on their minds versus writing a reminder note.

I bought Olympus voice recorder years ago. Loved it. It was easy to use wore it out. Searched for another bought a Sony voice recorder it didn't last as long. So I was pleasantly surprised to find Olympus at best buy. It's a little more complicated than the older one I had but I like it.

I needed a simple-to-use digital recorder for someone in my office to use during some focus group testing. The one-button recording on this thing made me confident it would work well for them. They used it during the focus group testing and I didn't hear any complaints, which tells me it worked fine.

It is a recorder that is good to have when you think of something you need to get or to do, and have pen or paper to make a note. Very handy to have all the time, it's been a life saver!

This recorder is simple to use, has plenty of capacity and is perfect for basic voice recordings.

I was hesitant that it wasn’t a dual mic recorder, but I couldn’t justify spending almost $100 on this. I needed t for qualitative research as I’m a doc student. It has worked great for me. Only complaint is no hold button so I’m nervous it will start recording in my purse..

This voice recorder was the perfect gift for my husband. He uses his iphone memos to take notes. Being able to click record instantly frees up the time he would take to text his thoughts, so they're more complete and precise. It's also great to take along for his morning meetings with his employees. He can play back content as a refresher or for a follow up discussion.
