Likable cast, but relies on action stereotypes and cliches to be considered anything above dumb fun.

I really liked this movie. It had lots of action and I really liked the characters and the actors. I hope in real life it's not that easy to break into the White House!!! LOL It was scary how easy they made it seem. Shouldn't secret service have bullet proof vests under their shirts? Hello!!!! If you are looking for a good action movie this is it.

Predictable Action Packed Movie. Comedy implemented but in measured way. Camera work is very nice.

This is not a bad action movie. Much better than the similar themed movie "White House Down".

I bought this movie as a present for my mother and she fell in love with it. I would always talk about this movie with her, so she would get curious in wanting to know what the whole hype was about. I'm just glad Best Buy has great deals and i so made the right chose in getting this movie for her.

This movie is for those who want a fast paced action movie. Its fun to watch and entertaining.

Husband liked it, lots of action. if you like action movies this would be good for you.

It's a good action flick but don't try to watch it with your wife unless she likes action flicks.

This movie had an exciting story line -- but it was a little too bloody for my taste.

The plot just did not work for this movie. The method of attacking the white house was completely unbelievable. The movie seems to be a show piece for actor Gerard Butler. He could and did just walk right through where everyone else was immediately killed. The story was weak, weak, weak. Why not spend a little of the movie budget on a good story?

This show was just ok to me. The plot was predictable except for a few things.

I am a sucker for action-sci-fi films. This film surprised me. I was not expecting much. Cliche? Yep. Expected-anticipated? Yep. Entertaining? You better believe it! Great action sequences and smooth situational acting. Well worth the price of admission.

Consider this movie AND ALL its sequels, London Has Fallen, Angel Has Fallen to be the much better version of White House Down. Much better storyline, acting and action sequences. I HIGHLY recommend you get all 3.

The concept/plot of the movie was predictable but overall it was a ok movie to pass the time.

The movie is your basic action movie. The story line is bleak and the acting matches it.
