Bought this to replace Panasonic Lumix water proof camera. Does a lot of the same stuff only the quality of the photographs is better. Also works better in low light conditions. The only drawback is a lack of bracketing (unless we can't figure out how to do it). We like bracketing, especially when firing off a bunch of pictures and review when we get home.

Bought this camera mostly for its dust resistance since we take flower pictures in the garden. Blooming season is over for the year so a real test will come next spring. I did explore the menu system and found it more intuitive than our last camera. The few pictures we did take look good with pretty accurate color. Other than that will have to wait until spring.

Purchase this for some snorkling. Make sure you get a strap with a floating device attached !! My camera fell out of my swimsuit pocket and without the attached floating device my camera would surely have been lost somewhere at the botom of the ocean. Solid build. Buy extra batteries and double check they are all charged before hitting the water.

Best under water camera for under 500.00. Took my new camera to my trip to Mexico. From taking pictures of the ruins to taking pictures while scuba diving 50 feet under water. The pictures came out perfect. There are options for simple people like me as well as options for professionals. The perfect camera for a person who likes to go on adventure

This camera is really good, especially for underwater action shots. The one limitation I don't like is you can't shoot in RAW when in underwater settings. It's also extremely difficult to see the screen during the day. Other than that, this camera is excellent.

This camera is good for what it is. I love the night handheld feature. My only complaint is that you can't shoot manual if you want to. I know with a point and shoot most people don't but sometimes you have a specific combination in mind.

I love this camera. It is something I don’t need to worry about of being broken when my 10 year old son uses it. It is durable. I like it when I can easily transfer pictures to my phone using the olympus app.

Fantastic! Great pictures on dry land and wet land!

I am very unhappy with this camera. I was on my #1 bucket list trip and the functions stopped working 3 days into an 8 day trip. I could still take basic pictures and they came out well, but all other functions, including telephoto didn't work. I was on the Colorado River at the bottom of the Grand Canyon so couldn't exactly take it back. I specifically bought this camera because it was supposed to handle rough conditions. I never dropped it and beyond getting splashed it never go wet.

The camera is great. I use it as a camera to take have with me whenever and is great on any occasion. Highly recommend getting the Lowepro Adventura CS10 case with it - perfect snug fit. Also, the screen scratches rather easy - good idea to put a screen protector on.

I had assumed that the WiFi feature would allow me to upload photos to my laptop over WiFi but that's not how it works. You must first upload photos to the web then download them to the laptop.

I bought this camera for use underwater. I have a really good experience with Olympus camera that I had it before. So because of that good memory, I decided to buy the new one again.
