Bought for my son for his gaming. Only complaint is the mouse that comes with it does not excell at gaming. Recommend buying a high end mouse with this computer. No other complaints. It has been flawless.

I have only had computer for a few months. The hardest part is setting up the individual programs. Considering our area and not always having a good internet connection it has served us well.

The HP Omen 870-244 has everything I could ever need, and more, from a gaming computer. The more is because not only is it a great gaming computer but it also performs well as a home theater computer. I have my Omen connected to my 4K living room television and speaker system. The computer is a on the larger size and may be too large for your entertainment center, but I for me, it worked perfectly. Although my television is smart I’ve found myself using the Netflix app available in the Windows app store, to watch shows because they seems to look better. The Omen casing design looks great and has customizable LED lights that run down the front. You can adjust these lights to display a range of colors to indicate CPU usage, heat and more. There are USB ports in the front that actually point backward. Having them point backward does give a neatly tucked-away appearance but I would have prefered front facing ports for ease of use. I’ve been an off and on gamer for many years so I was able to get into quite a few games to see how they perform on the Omen. Some games that I’ve played so-far are World of Warcraft, The Witcher 3, Cities: Skylines, StarCraft 2, and Fallout 4. I was able to adjust the graphics settings in all games to the max without any performance issues. WoW was running at 90-100 fps perfectly. As I mentioned before I use this computer as a home theater pc and have it connected to my 55” 4K Sony X850D. The games look amazing to say the least. The Witcher above all has some really breathtaking scenes. I’ve ran a couple bench mark tests and this Omen model on average ranks in the top ninety percent of all gaming computers on the market. I was able to buy a Steam controller and am happily adjusting to console style pc gaming from the comfort of my living room. I unfortunately do not have a VR headset but am eager to try the VR games and will update this review as soon as I get my hands on one.

Got this bad boy on sale, was able to get a brand name with the same specs as the off-brand game computers for the same price. Great for gaming and VR, multitasks high intensity applications very well.

I had a few problems with the computer but they were resolved by HP and they replaced the computer due to the problems. It works great for the VR system and just as a home computer.

I think this is the best gaming desktop for the money. Plenty of power, setting options and is simply a tower that you want to put on top of your desk not under it! very happy with this buy

So far everything has worked great. I was trying to find a computer with the ability to add a second hard drive. To my surprise I am able to add 2 extra hard drives if I want.

This machine is SO much faster booting, backing up, operating, etc. Yet, set-up was difficult, instructions are poor, and I still can’t get It recognize a few of my network printers. HP support is nowhere nearly as good as it was when I purchased the device I replaced

Even though it's a desktop and not a more portable laptop our kids love this computer for all their 21st-century gaming needs. This fall we'll see how it works for school, too.

Inside of the case, the air ventilation is not very good because of its structure. The fan does not work very well too. Therefore the temperature of the desktop gets very high when you playing games, especially the GPU. Now I'm worrying about how long this desktop can work.

Bought this computer for graphic design and it is super fast. Very customizable and handles items needing a lot of processing power like a champ. Great for playing games too.

I use this mainly for running the oculus rift and it’s very good at doing its job. A little slow starting up but I plan on getting an SSD to help with that.

I have not been disappointed with this computer. I am not a gamer but I purchased this computer to connect to a 4K TV. I have been able to watch everything I want with it.

I used this item for video editing and super pleased with it's performance. The CPU makes it able to export videos in a fraction of the time that it took my laptop.

After searching for new gaming computer, I read online reviews before making this purchase.

I shopped and reviewed several systems and this was the best value. Running fallout 4 with several mods on ultra settings for all video and smooth as can be.

This is a very good and reliable desktop computer. If I had a need, I would buy another one just like this one.

My graphics are amazing and haven't had any problems with it, works really well and the price isn't too bad considering the quality of the components. Also glows.

It’s a decent computer for its price. I think it should have an SSD over HDD. Luckily it’s not that hard to install one yourself, other then the SATA port is hard to reach on mother board. O and it does not have a mounting bracket for SSD.

After researching many computer towers, I finally chose this make and model. It has performed better than I expected. Thank you HP for an excellent product.
