This computer is a great for persons getting into gaming.

runs games great but is rather slow when it starts up

when you price the components separately this is a great deal!

I would think that a computer of this caliper would faster.

This is definitely not worth the amount charged. Too many unresolved issues. This is the 2nd due to failure on the 1st, had to send both in for repair, and Best Buy have to send it to KY, this is not good. Next computer will definitely not be HP.

This computer has a regular hard drive which causes boot up very slow. It also has a problem with an backup software which I use. Returned it the next day.

Have had this about a month. So far so good. Do not like the top USB connection faces away from you as well as all the ports on top of PC.. No manual hard copy.

Unappreciated. Unfortunately I really have crappy Internet so I haven’t had a chance to really appreciate the abilities of this computer.

great gaming system with a terrible wifi adapter. i would buy again but with a better wifi adapyter

X-mas present for my son, graphics died after 2 days use. Thankfully best buy returned it for us and we upgaded the same day

Bought this machine to play World of Warcraft. It loads the game a bit slow and I cant play at max graphics in game.

I was expecting more pci express slots available to add more peripherals, and also has only two usb 3 ports.

owned 20 hrs. windows destroyed the graphics card.

After much research, I decided to purchase the Omen from Best Buy because it was for a very good price. However, the computer arrived DOA! Very disappointing. Had to return it to the local Best Buy for a refund.

Overall it was fine until it went kapoot after 6 months. HP support has been very good, but its a mega hassle to go without my main machine for up to two weeks since you have to send it in to be repaired when still under warranty.

I bought this PC to operate some CAD 3D software and it was highly recommended to me by the sales associate for what I needed. I had a spec sheet of exactly what I needed and it was supposedly way more than what I needed. It works but it is literally the slowest computer I have ever had. May be great for gaming? I wouldn't know, but it is not a good overall PC for what all I do. Which is emails, Word, Chief Architect and other general office stuff. It took many hours for it to update. The installed software was from 2016 which tells me this thing is way out of date brand new out of the box. Very dissapointed but stuck with it now.
