Easy setup the colors on the front you can change up awesome pc

11/10. Very happy with both of these i purchased..

I have had this computer for about a year and a few months now. I have been having overheating issues ever since the fifth or sixth month I've had this. It makes a distinct beep, and then I lose all audio and must restart it to get audio again. Surprisingly though, the only game I play that this happens on is CS:GO. Not on PUBG or Rust (which in theory should overheat more). It is very annoying to have this constantly happening to me and I have realized the reason for this is the lack of fans. The cooling system is extremely poor for a PC with high quality graphics and an amazing processor. I am contemplating whether or not to buy and external fan and set it up next to my PC. The case is also not able to be opened which doesn't allow you to add more fans or tinker with the PC. I am disappointed with the fact that it is almost unusable having constant over heating.

I purchased this PC to do some gaming. The included keyboard and mouse were very poor quality, but good thing I already had a nice keyboard and mouse. The PC initially was pretty quiet, but the fans steadily got louder and louder until the fans failed two weeks later. I exchanged this computer and after two weeks, the fan in the replacement unit failed as well, along with the power supply. Also, the PC case is very cramped so upgrades are pretty much impossible. Since it was already past the return period, I had no choice but to salvage the CPU, GPU and RAM to build a new PC.

The specs are very good and it is nice but it has problems doing nothing. I tried to open steam and the enitre computer crashed but when it works it runs well

I had purchased this computer and had to return it due to a hardware failure. Exchanged it for the same thing which lasted about a week before the USB ports went out. And to top it off the computer wont stay asleep, wakes up immediately after falling asleep.

My brother and I got one of these. After maybe two weeks his just completely stopped working. It also was very laggy when trying to play games. The same game quality occurred on mine as well, so I do not reccomend this to anyone.

I have had this PC for over a year. Several issues over that time. Network not recognized several times and had to do recovery once and now bluetooth not working. Design is different with disc compartment vertical. Many smaller issues but a PC should last for several years without hassle
