Need to return for repair

Then we had few episodes of what seemed like over-heating. Then we got some error code and the entire screen has lines thru horizontally. I was able to reach HP Omen team and will return a brand new computer so they can try to fix it. I was told they will need to keep it for about a week. I am hoping this will be the first and last time I have to send it in. I spent a-lot of money so my son can play his games at a higher level.

Extremely powerful, excellent performance

However, it is also extremely overpriced through best buy, and i only purchased it due to it being a recent open box return item. Saved quite a substantial amount and couldn't pass up the opportunity. So if one happens to show up in your area purchasable without paying sticker price... I say do it lol

Great gaming rig!

Does everything I need it to do and since it's prebuilt, it's under warranty. Great build quality, runs cool and quiet.

Great Stove

I Always Dreaded Cleaning My Stove By Hand I Use The Self Cleaning Oven All The Time. I Can Preset The Timer Which Is Very Convenient As Well. Cooks Food Evenly. It's Silver And Black Which Makes It A Sharp Looking Piece Added To My Kitchen!!

had two with same overheating issues

Was told a week later that they could not recreate my problem, At this point i was so frustrated I went back to best buy and geek squad had my computer overheat and artifact within 5 minutes of them plugging it in!!! DONT BUY THIS COMPUTER!! Save time and money and go with ibuypower! Thank you again bestbuy for helping me with my issues and giving me a different product ! STAY AWAY FROM HP GAMING DESKTOPS!!!!
