This PC has been the best investment i've ever made into my gaming. The new RTX 2080 is an excellent addition to the graphics card world. I've seen better pictures and smoother gameplay than i've ever experienced. Best Black Friday purchase ever!

This is one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made. My brother is into gaming and he spends lot of money on console games. It was on sale and I figured, in the long run, he'll save money with all those Steam sales if I bought him a gaming PC that will last a long time. Unfortunately, this didn't even last a day. The entire thing crashed while playing a game on it for less than an hour. I went to unplug the HDMI to see if that was the problem and I burned my hand on the HDMI it was so hot. I ended up doing a factory reset and it didn't help. Apparently the chassis for this was not designed to run as hot as the graphics and processing units can get. We ended up returning it for a CyberPower PC with liquid cooling. The graphics processor is half a step down (RTX 2070ti) from this one but it's still good. You can play for hours on it without a problem or worry of overheating. The OMEN, however, is shamefully unusable. HP really needs to get it together. It's embarrassing.

I have had nothing but problems with this computer since I purchased it. This was my first time buying a pre-assembled gaming computer. The first day I installed it the games all froze. I contacted best buy and they suggested the monitor was the problem (It wasn't) and now I am on day 19 with HP customer support still trying to fix the same problem.

I got this on Black Friday for $1500. Not a bad computer at all. I’ve added memory and some fans. Next thing I want to do is upgrade the power supply and add a ssd drive. The Black Friday price was worth it but now it’s $2000.

Best Gaming computer I ever bought. Its fast graphics are top notch. And if I ever wanted to up grade in the far future. I can. I had Geek Squad set every thing up for me. I love this computer. Great memory and sd..

Nothing works, the pc is built with cheap parts with a so called very good GPU that is not working. I believe mine was defective but overall bad.

I've been enjoying the power and the LEDs on this guy. I'm not a pro gamer, so my claims to power and shininess come from the perspective of a casual gamer with some extra cash to spend on a PC. Not disappointed.

ATTENTION!!! I'm going to save you time and money DON'T GET THIS PC. Unless you enjoy spending all your time with geek squad trying to figure out why every time you play a game the PC crashes. I also want to thank Best Buy and geek squad for doing everything they can helping me. In the end Best Buy very understanding and worked with me in returning the lemon PC. Really if you see this PC run and don't look back

This system is a monster. With ram upgraded to 32 gig this system is a beast. This machine can run three large screens, 10 Hue lights, and playing Overwatch with GPU at 75% and CPU at 40%.

Computer is awesome but What I’ve seen and read on multiple forms, and websites, the 2080 series graphics card has issues. Artifacts on the screen. Etc. . Mine started freezing at the beginning of setting the computer up.Returned it .I Purchased the omen desktop with 1060 graphics card. No issues with that one.

I was very looking forward to this with its powerful hardware buy this setup needs to get taken off the shelves, they did not build this correctly. PC will overheat playing any game in ten minutes or less, search other places, everyone is having the same problem with this. Please do not buy, I’ve warned you!!!!!

I purchased this and had to return the first one after it blue screened. I received another one the next day and had nothing but problems with the video card not registering and program issues. The pc also did not play any of my games up to the specs of the cpu. I returned this pc in less than 3 days..

Great computer, great value. Decent heating. For the quality of the parts, this is an extremely good value. I've been very impressed with HP's omen line lately.

This is an excellent gaming computer. The graphics card in this PC is awesome. We bought it for our sixteen year old son. I've watched him play it and the graphics are phenomenal.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY. MINE WAS STOLEN TWICE. Great all around, easy to clean, doesn't over heat, and it was a cheap buy during the holidays.

Bought the gaming computer for my son. He did his research and found this one to be the best buy for the money and would give him a great gaming experience. He is not disappointed.

Performs really good. Graphics are the best. FPS on all my games is 60 to 100. Don't experience lag in games I usually have trouble with.

Storage concern. Working with geek squad to figure out what’s going on.

Still trucking. Don't overclock. Don't try to add fans. Leave it as is or get something different. Bloatware obnoxious but you can wipe, right?

I like it so far, it was a great deal on Black Friday, the only problems with it is the beep if you don’t turn the monitor on first and the limited hardware upgrades you can do on it
