Bought this online as an open box item that was Geek Squad certified. Apparently, that is just a label they put on things so they can charge more. Had the PC less than a week before it crashed and would not load Windows. Kept getting a black screen after the initial Omen splash screen. Took it to my local BBY, and they "fixed" it by restoring it to factory settings. Went through the whole setup process again. Get into Windows, but the NVidia card is not seen. No NVidia interface or card listed; only Windows Basic Display. Download and installed the drivers, restart, and same problem as before. Tried some other fixes, but no luck. Returned it after wasting a chunk of my weekend with this "certified" crap. Thanks for wasting my time and gas.

Good starter PC 4 gaming.. just lacking space 4 upgrades

Needed a computer with alot more space for my photography. This has done a great job with what I've needed. I'm happy with this purchase.

Probably the one of the best out on the market. Ray tracing is unbelievable. The pc is slick and ominous looking. If you got the dough, spend it on this.

This Nvidia 2080 allows me to MAX settings on all my Steam games in inventory including VR games. Doesn't even over heat after hours of use. No issues to report.

The HP Omen is an awesome gaming desktop that allows those with limited computer upgrade skill to get a rig that is pretty much game ready. While this set up may not seem to fit everyone's desire it is definitely one that pleased me both visually and performance wise. Rather or not this is the set up for you will depend on your gaming needs and desire. Out of the box i was a little disappointed with the keyboard and mouse provided. For this being a very expensive out of the box turn key ready rig i was disappointed to see how basic the keyboard and mouse were. The mouse was just your standard mouse and really doesn't fit in to a gaming scene, and the keyboard was even worse. The keys were too close together and were not even a mechanical set up which is one i prefer to use for gaming. First thing i did was replaced the keyboard right away. Now one thing i have to mention is upon start up i noticed right away there was a beeping noise coming out of my PC and my screen would not display anything from the Omen. Come to find out this was Omens way of giving me a trouble code to let me know there was an issue. First thought out of the gate was there should be no issues on a new rig. I first thought it was due to the lower power source and maybe my monitor was just too much to handle. After some research i found that alot of people were having this same issue and it was due to the monitor they were using. I ended up having to turn my monitor on first before powering up the Omen and this seemed to take care of the issue. A little disappointing but not too much of a big inconvenience for me. Luckily this rig is such a beautiful piece that works so fluidly with online gaming that i didn't mind this minor set back. The Omen's clear case and light scheme is a really nice touch to add to the visuals of this design. I like the fact that you can use the provided settings to change the color scheme and layout of your lights. Now with the clear case design i was able to look inside and found a couple issues that i personally didn't like. For starters heat displacement on this rig is set up really weird and seems kinda dumb in my opinion. The two cooling fans look way under sized and the fact that air is drawn via the bottom of the rig means that cooling efficiency is going to be hindered as most people set there desktop on a flat service via carpet or a stand. Another thing i noticed was there appears to be very limited ability for upgrade. I'm not going to even attempt to act or claim to know alot about PC upgrading, what little i know i have learned from buddies who work with computers but one thing i seemed to notice was there only appears to be one slot for RAM upgrade. While this doesn't really bother me too much since i don't do my own upgrading it may bother others who are more fluent in this area. Gaming on this rig is awesome. I was able to easily stream some of the newer high output games such as COD and Red Dead 2 with no issues. Since Red Dead 2 online just became available i decided to put this rig to the test with this game. While Playing online during a pvp match i was at the same time streaming music off of Spotify while also streaming gaming videos off of Youtube. I experienced no lag or frame rate displacement. All my shadow rendering still looked very beautiful and i never once got any streaking from my high colors. My texture and edges stayed very crisp and clean and continued to maintain a clean edge. Over all i felt i had the advantage in my online games as my gaming experience ran very smooth with no lag or delays. This rig set up is a very beautiful piece that is going to be a good set up for people like me who love to game but are not too talented when it comes to building computers. Bottom line, this is a great and maybe even awesome entry level rig for those who like to game. However for the more talented bunch out there the limited upgrade capability may make you want to pass on this item. For me however this is a perfect fit.

Great PC so far. Using it for a media server and some gaming. Start up is very fast. I haven't played high end games yet to test performance.

Upon cold startup you will always hear 3 short beeps and then 3 long beeps. Then, the computer goes through a bios repair. The Geek Squad agent told me to reboot the computer, which does not solve the issue. The sale price would be a good deal if it worked. Unfortunately, this computer is going to be returned. Listen to the reviews, and don't waste your time with this computer.

The worst computer that I Have Ever Seen，Only 500w power for 2080 and 8700，and the smallest fan for cup. Games alway shut down.I only can play LOL with 2080.

This pc has been an upgrade to an old computer build. SSD boots up the computer fast and i run every game maxed out at 1080p with no hiccups.

Powerful, and handles any kind of graphics. It just sits beautifully on my desk with that open glass enclosure and customizable color spectrum.

This computer was bought for our son for gaming and is only a year and a half old and already needs a power supply and new video card. Unreal what a piece of junk!

No expansion slots. Two 3.5” drive bays. Two dim slots. Lacks serious gamers upgrade options. Not even makes a descent media center.

2 units with complete motherboard and graphic card failures in 2 days. Now on 3rd unit and having trouble booting up each time. After few tries we eventually get on. Not sure if results of newer graphic card but very disappointed. Considering returning before complete failure.

I bought 2 of these to use for a video wall for about 82 ip cameras. The video card on this is amazing it was able to handle it

I am very happy with my purchase. I waited sometime for it to be on sale but it was worth it . Great computer for my school projects.
