zero stars for Best buy stores

When the speaker i paid for came in, best buy gave me 1 week to pick up and then cancelled my order and returned my son's gift. Needless to say, we will be purchasing an even better speaker from another store. Any store. is this how you do business?? not good. Disappointed in your "system".

Didn't come with a 4k disc!

Defective product

When I took it home it would not play on my DVD player. I strongly suspect that the disc was a Blue Ray but labeled as a DVD.
