Christmas gift for my wife

Won't Read Discs, Can't Exchange

I had bought the same model from another store a month before and it also didn't work out of the box. This one at least has a working display, unfortunately it won't see any discs. I loaded up and it just says no disc is loaded. I was going to exchange it, but the new BB return policy is 15 days and its been 21. Hopefully the manufacturer can help me out. Either way I'm done buying this brand.

Hooked it to our Bose

Decent CD player
