1st one I had to take back because cd's being held. 2nd doing same thing.

It does what my old broken original one did. There are probably very few of us who still listen to our cd collections. That said, I expect the carrousel will break down after a few years. I'm hoping it will last me five years; I'm not sure of I myself will last much longer than that.

Unfortunately the Onkyo 6 disc CD player I purchased just 6 short months ago has died, flatlined, wont turn on. I've tried different outlets and it's just dead. It's only been used about a dozen times so it definitely doesnt hold up at all. It's been in the living room, so no temperature fluctuation or moisture to cause any issues. Hopefully Best Buy let's me exchange it for a working model. Fingers crossed!!

Sounds great easy to operate really like the ability to load 6 disc

I have no idea whether this is a good CD player because I couldn't get it to work. I tried a number of discs, both new and old, and all I ever got was the message "no disc". I bought it as an "open box" item, so I suspected it has been previously purchased and returned. That was confirmed when I first turned it on and found a CD in the tray! I picked up the player from the store as a no contact delivery, so I never actually saw the box until I got it home. I was somewhat surprised to see the price on the box some $13 less than what I paid! At least the return went smoothly. But I don't think I'll be shopping Best Buy again until I can actually go into the store myself.

Sounds great with basic audio cords. Reliable and no issues.

I have had an Onkyo receiver for years and have enjoyed it. So I replaced my cd changer with an Onkyo 6 disc player through Best Buy. Well, being an essential worker, I was working 6 - 7 days a week and sleeping the rest of the time and did not get a chance to open and set it up until now. Well, it didn't work right out of the box! The 1st cd spot just makes a loud noise. And of course Best Buy only gives 15 days return, so no help there. Now I must pay for shipping it to get repaired! Quality sure has gone down the drain!

Still got alot of CDs from the past and still Rockin them!!

Disappointing. The random play does not work. It will play a single disc at a time -most of the time. Sometimes it skips and makes static noise. I was so happy to find this. but am a little disappointed and will probably be returning it.

Don't like the range I bought for these reasons: Drawer at bottom does not shut right--have to lift drawer up to shut it. Burner knobs have changed to stainless steel--have to look at the top of the knob to see the black line that shows it's on or off. Smooth top is already scratched and marred. Doesn't hold up very well just like my last Frigidaire range. Won't buy another Frigidaire anything.

Player is average, but really shouldn't expect more considering its price.

Played one CD after purchasing the CD player and the quality of music was horrible. After waiting a week to play another CD it began to skip. After cleaning three CD’s and the unit the CD’s continued to skip. I returned it and purchased a Yamaha CD Player.
