Onkyo 6 disc player that only had couple months is defective. It sometimes will play the cds ok but a lot of the time plays the cds scratchy and they try later and plays ok. Had 300 Sony cd player before this that lasted for 20 years no problem.

Every single cd skipped that I tried to play. The cd took forever to start playing and then it skipped more than it played.

the carousel jammed ..sending it back to Onkyo installed it 2 months ago... so it was working

The quality of which you take care of customers, and the repackaging of items is appalling

This thing is pure trash. You get what you pay for when it comes to this CD player. Only got it to work some of the time but usually it skips tracks and or entire CDs. Doesn’t always read the disc you load and to no surprise its heavy and bulky for no reason.

I expected complete equipment complete with speakers etc. It did not have speakers. So yes, I can play 6 CDs but cannot hear them. Although I accept responsibility for my lack of knowledge about this type of equipment, it was a real disappointment. I would love it if you could tell me what I can do to add speakers without spending a large amount of money. Thank you.

Great product, wonderful purchasing experience and it arrived in the store 2 days early!

Dead in less than a month of normal operation. I purchased for a client due to my distributor being out of stock. Should have never taken the risk, and only 30 day return policy, just missed it by 2 days. This put me in a very embarrassing situation. They spent a lot of money for a professional install and I failed them.

Works great! It is everything I was looking plus the random option it's a great plus

Worst product I have ever purchased. It would not play CDs or it would be in the middle of playing a CD and just stop... it took at least 20 minutes to get a CD to start playing. Using the random feature also did not work, it would choose one or two songs and play them and then it would stop altogether. I returned it.

this is the fourth onkyo 6 disc player-none has worked-had to drive almost 2 hours one way to return-will try once more donot understand all the great reviews

This CD player plays CD's well and we have not had any problems with it.

Got it home and when I set it up it was ok, although it would only expose 5 of the 6 cd slots for use. Finally got a chance to load a 6th cd. That was it! Never worked again. Called to find out what to do and since I had not registered it they could not handle it. I wish I had my $400.00 back.

These are hard to find. I was happy to get this one at BestBuy.com

I have hundreds of CDs. I enjoy hours of music. I'm old school.

listed as CD Player but is actually only a CD changer

We purchased the unit on Christmas Eve and it worked great..however a couple weeks later it would play part of a song and stop! Unfortunately we had to return it to Best Buy.

The product malfunctioned after very little use. I wanted a disc changer that I could listen to my collection of CD's. I will be looking to upgrade going to Best buy later today.

Easy to set up, works readily and sounds great. Good purchase, I like the ability to play more than 1 CD at a time and the random play.

Returned after trying to get it to work. CD slot would not open "mechanical error" could not find any information in trouble shooting on that term
