Bad CD PLAYER AND WORSE SERVICE

Just told to bring it into Geek Squad for repairs did not repair it and did not communicate with me. I'm calling them and I've talked to five different people for over an hour and they've done nothing for me.

ONKYO 6 disc CD Player
