If u like movie theater sound.. w/o going to the movies this is your answer. ! I would have loved to have a CD player in this. Coupled with Bose speakers awesome!

Love all the options. Had a glitch with Bluetooth connection, unplugged the unit, problem solved. Sound is great. Plenty of customizable sound options.

This is a great receiver if you don't plan to use an optical audio device; I purchased it because I was told it had a pass-through, but should have checked for myself. Still, it's one of the few receivers on the market that still has a good number of component and composite hookups (two each), making it a great solution for 4k video and classic game hardware at the same time. (Also, if you have a newer Samsung, like the KS8000, it'll come with a One Connect hub that you can run the optical audio through, which is what we did with our Bose soundbar. Works perfectly!)

This is top of the line. Does everything I wanted.

We have had this for a few months and it working great for our needs. Easy to set up. Still learning how all the setting for all the componets works.

I'm not a tech kind of person but this was very easy to set up and works great.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a receiver that *also* has component and composite inputs still? It's impossible! But hey, some of us are masochists and want to run our ancient SNES to a 4k TV, and for we few there's nothing better than this receiver. I mean, it's a great receiver in general, but those connections alone made it a must-purchase for us.
