It has a much better looking user interface, net ready, built in pandora, chrome cast etc AND supports Dolby ATMOS. With the price of 244: this device also supports 4K pass through, 5.2.2 or 7.2. Great system and I highly recommend this for anyone.

Excellent Sound

I update my entire surround system. I'am a old school new school type guy, like wireless techno, but wired has that extra little something, and by the way this unit does use a wireless network.

Great buy. Good price for the features

It has all the latest features I am looking for and the installation is easy. I just followed the setup instructions and did not have any issues. The App is very useful and I mostly use it stream music from my phone.

Great Service from Best Buy

Very prompt online order prep, and helpful store personnel. Also, this item went on clearance after I purchased, and Best Buy matched their own lower price. Definitely will shop here again!

Onkyo TX-NR555 Home Theatre Receiver

Product itself has somewhat sketchy install, setup and operational instructions and on-screen descriptions which, for ONE example, do NOT indicate that the center channel output is missing unless at least ONE of the "processed" audio functions are selected. There are other "quirks" as well but the overall quality of the unit is very good.
