Excellet receiver, with great sound and dynamic range

With this receiver I decided for it to be the main switching control. I used most every connection on it. I get no latency with the TV as a monitor fed by the receiver. The power of the amplifier is enough for a large room with quality speakers. I have as yet to tune the room with the supplied microphone. My previous Onkyo (worked for many years) receiver required manual settings to be selected to adjust for distance from each speaker. Purchased 7/1/19 it is now 7/27/19 PS I have designed and installed numerous home theaters

I read reviews and it was mixed but not sure about the negative ones. Best decision and reasonable price. Very pleased so far. I have it hooked up to my speakers throughout the house and works great.

This Onkyo surround receiver was just what I needed. It is in a 12x15 ft room so I didn't need a 7.2, This 5.2 sounds great and has plenty of ports. the setup was easy and the remote functions are simple to use.

This is the 2nd Onkyo product that I have owned. I wanted a reciever that was digiutal and came ith a phono hook up (as I still have some old records). I found it easy to use and the sound it excellent

The Stereo is easy to hook up and plenty of cool features. Bluetooth feature could use a bit more range but the sound is everything I've been looking for.

Have had this for about a year now roughly and in the first 8 months~ it worked perfectly, sounds great on the Polk speakers I bought with it. Moved and since I've moved its broken 4 times in 2 months (two week roughly wait times on repairs). I replaced all my speaker wire to 16 gauge and bought a new surge protector, all Geek squad suggestions and its still breaking. I was on my way to check its status when I seen I could write a review coincidentally enough.

While this is a lower-end model, the features are all present for modern day home theater setups. 4x HDMI, 4k pass-through, and even built-in bluetooth for streaming music.

I bought this receiver when i bought a new tv. It was on sale and when i got it home and hooked up i knew it was the right choice. So pleased with it.

This receiver punches hard; got it mated with my 2 Klipsch RF-7IIIs, RC-64 III Center Channel 2 R-115SW SUBWOOFERS and 2 DT 9080X in the rear - BOOM! the price point is also awesome.

It offers some adjustments for speaker placement and preset eq settings but offers only minor bass and treble adjustments but otherwise a good 5.2 4K surround system.

I think for the price n quality sound it was well worth me getting this it sounds like I'm at the theater when I turn ot on I can switch the modes as well I'm loving this system

Great purchase. Sound is big and had decent control. I especially like it becouse I needed the optical audio for my home entertainment system.

This receiver has everything I needed to setup my home theater, complete with 4 HDMI inputs, Dolby and DTS decoding etc, and only cost me $200. Very pleased with its performance.

It has many inputs and is good for starters. It has all the features more expensive units have.

Sounds great, easy installation. I am old school so I would prefer to be able to adjust settings my self,but the the auto adjust does sound pretty good.

love the receiver works well in my small living room. hooks up easy. just wish it had defined hookup for turntable.no complaints had it for 1 month.can't wait to hook up second sub. .
