Needed a 4K pass-through a/v receiver for my son's home theater setup. I have 3 Onkyo A/V receivers of varying age and have been very pleased with the products.

I had some old kenwood speaker that I hadn't used in over 10 years, was going to toss them and boom plugged them right in to the receiver and worked like a dream! Not bad for the price!

Works well for a minimum 5.1 system. Limited options and functionality, but does the job well. Auto room tuning, set up the sound field. Ok purchase.

Onkyo TX 5.2-Ch. 4K Ultra HD and 3D Pass-Through HDR Compatible A/V Home Theater Receiver was my choice for a receiver that combined my need for the Sony 55" 4K TV and outdoor speaker system I was installing.

I brought the receiver to replace an old receiver and hdmi switch. It work as expect and hdmi pass thru when powered off works well

This is a great reciever, I have it on a 4.2 system and it is great. Does get a bit warm with loud music being played too long. So don’t get if music is main occupation

I think this is a nice receiver. needed to upgrade since my dated onkyo would not recognize my new blue ray player. This one is sleek and perfect for my living room 5.1

This Onkyo receiver is easy to setup and use. Great sound, and plenty of input/output options as well. I would recommend this Onkyo Receiver for anyone looking to upgrade to 4k ready home theater sound.

Easy install & many options. Love the EQ set-up with the mini speaker. Speaker set-up was automatic, but can be manually changed with the on screen display.

Biggest problem is that the units sub woofer connection is not compatible with my sub woofer. RCA connector vs spring clip or coaxial connector. Other issue is that the instructions are vague at best.

Was assured this brand was great, but unfortunately not compatible with my newer TV. Had to return only for that reason.

Works great and hooked up well to all my decides and speakers. Really happy for purchase. Can connect a lot of different devices to single receiver.

we have purchases several of these units. Sound quality is good. But after a couple years, the unit fails.

With different modes such as gaming or volume, it makes getting to the right place super easy and quick! I use this thing every day, and I have never been confused with it!

The entire process from entering the store to getting the product was very positive. I have had numerous bad experiences with Best Buy but this was the best ever.

This seemed to be a great price for this receiver and the specs looked good. I ended up deciding to return it for a 7 channel receiver though.

My needs were minimal as this was used only for movies but it worked great as part of my theater room system.

Our older high end receiver went bad and we bought this as a replacement. Works really well with the original stereo components and gives us added MP3 access etc. Best of both worlds...

I was looking for a basic 5.1 system, but got more with this unit. The bluetooth connectivity was a great feature. System setup was very easy and operates easy also.

Love it, works great for our house, it has many hook ups so we have been able to hook speakers up in upstairs and downstairs! Works great!
