    I brought this back as it was an open box and was able to buy a brand new item instead and paid just about same price. Looked at reviews, too many complaints. I don't doubt Onkyo products, just didn't take the chance. Too many returns on this modle

    Got this open box and the bluetooth was in and out during our party. I cant say the brand new condition will be amazing, but definitely get excellent or new condition. Onkyo is an ok brand, but if you have 30 more dollars, get the Sony or something, it's worth it.
