Took a long time to set up and occasionally still has to paired with new devices.

Great upgrade to my home. Set up was a little confusing, but all in all in the end great product.

We just got this so we haven't got to get a good good use out of it yet but we have high hopes!

I was in the Home Theater business 20+ years ago and Onkyo was my leading brand. Still a great value. Sister brand Integra was a step up.

Word of warning. Onkyo sells this as having Dolby Atmos. It doesn't not come installed. One has to do a firmware update which is impossible to achieve. I followed instructions to a "T" and tried a couple different USB thumb drives. It errors out every time. It has R206 firmware. R208 is the only one available for download that indicates Atmos up-firing support. Some owners say there's even a newer firmware version on their's that's not even available on Onkyo's website. And good luck downloading the file as a some browser's like Chrome look at Onkyo's website and say it's unsecure so it won't download. Pretty frustrating start to owning this receiver. Other-wise is set's up and sounds OK.

My old onkyo died after 8 years, bought this one...very good sound. It does not have all the bells and whistles but if you are just looking for a good receiver for home theater speakers (Bose in my case)..this one is ideal

Previously had an Onkyo receiver for surround sound for approximately 10 years and was very satisfied with this receiver, so therefore decided to stay with the same product.

I basically got it to replace my 20yr + Harmon Kardon which still worked. Got a great deal on an open box and months later I forgot it was Dolby Atmos. This thing is awesome for the price!

I love my new Onkyo receiver. It works well without learning to run it with too much difficulty. Too bad AM radio is on the way out. That part does not work too well.

Nice receiver . Takes A bit to figure out because it is busy . When you do it is sweet . Condition was mint , price was more then that . Awsome deal !! Need say more.

I like having a remote that allows control of settings without having to go to the front panel of the receiver. Easy set up whether it’s just stereo or 5.1 surround sound. Separate tone control for treble and bass when needed. On screen display for settings a big plus.

Great power for the price. This offers a better per channel volume ratio than the other one I looked at. I had a 5.1 system installed that this worked perfectly for.

I’ve tried multiple brands and Onkyo has consistently delivered solid performance while being user friendly for novice audiophiles. I purchased to get Atmos compatibility with my streaming services and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. Would buy again.

Really makes my Bose surround speakers pop! Big difference on my sub also. I start my fire cube and with the dolby atmos I have to turn the sound down. Well worth the money. Just haven’t figured out how to bring it up on the tv screen for fine tuning.

This is a good product, very easy set up and I got alot of praises from guests for this piece. I had to let it go though, as my hard wired speakers weren't working properly; but if you are looking for receivers, this is the one.

My husband is very happy with this item! We love watching movies with this product!

These pieces for my home theater are fantastic. The Geek Squad installed them and they are a big step up. The sound and picyure quality are much-improved.
