I've had this a while now. It seems to work well. No problems other than the odd variety of speaker connections, but I worked around that. It didn't come with speakers which I find odd.

Good for the price, works for what i need, but not totally sold on it. Replaced an old Kenwood that didnt have all the plug in that i needed

I have one of this before Onkyo, work really well for the buck. Sadly on my new place, a I missing wall for additional speakers so 5.1 is back and Dolby Atmos superb.

I like this reviewer but it was hard to set up the hdr feature. It has to be updated and you have to use a two button combination on the front of the receiver to activate it when using arc. This was after much research on their website

This receiver is a good value if your on a tight budget. it will do the basic job of giving you good sound but if you have a large room spend a little bit more money

We use this every day and all day long. It is a little tricky to operate but overall is a good buy. B ought it for HD specifically and it does the job

First reciever we have ever owned. We only have klipsch r-51m hooked up to it but music sound sooo much better. We have not tried maxing out the volume because we live in a townhouse and it is very loud.

My receiver stopped working and I needed to buy a new one. Best Buy employee helped me pick a new one out and recommended this one. I am extremely happy with it and easy set up. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get surround sound!

Great sound and the multiple DHMI inputs made connecting up the rest of my entertainment system easy. The remote takes a little practice so you can use the cursor to find what you want but eventually with patience it works out fine.

This 5.2 A/V receiver is absolutely fantastic, especially for the price. This is my first one of any kind and I love the options. There's still a few things I have to familiarize with, but the basics are great.

I was very happy with the features and sound quality of this unit for the price; however, within a few days it began to not be able to power on until I disconnected it from the power completely. I updated the software and asked support about it, and I was told it was defective. I hope it was just a fluke, but I decided to purchase another brand and returned this one. I gave it two stars for the sound quality and features, but I couldn't rate it higher due to the early failure.

overall setting of hook up to TV and speaker(some pain) is ok but after that system working perfect.we do love this Onkyo.

Its great for the money but the Adobe really isn't Adobe you can only hook up 5 speakers so you sacrifice either the rear speakers for the ceiling speakers

We had been having trouble with our previous receiver. The salesman pointed us to the right direction. Could have oversold us but didn’t. He impressed us.

Salesman was terrific, very knowledgeable, helped us to decide which amp to buy. Amplifier works great, remote is simple to use but has a lot of features.

I bought this receiver as a Christmas gift for my parents. I went to hook it up for them after the holidays and when I plugged it in and hit the power button it started smoking! So now I am over 30 days since I purchased it and cannot take it back to best buy and have to drive over an hour to take it to Onkyo. My first and last Onkyo purchase!!

Great product.. my only issue is the fact that would prefer the individual channels for each speaker. That way I could have the option of turning off certain channels other wise Happy with the purchase

This Onkyo 5.2 channel receiver/tuner is excellent! Easy to connect and set up to my 65" Panasonic 3D TV. Sound quality is great!

Needed something compact but that would get the job done. This does and I am very happy with it. The staff at Best Buy was great helping me review my options and getting me the right receiver.

I enjoyed this product but I didn’t have it long because I decided to go with a receiver with more features. The source level adjuster is my favorite feature from this receiver.
