Worked great for 3 weeks

The receiver was easy to set up and sounded great for about 3 weeks. Then for some reason it would not power on. Going to exchange it and try again.

It is April 2020 and the receiver just decided to turn itself off and never turn on again. The first time it happened was a few days ago and I looked into troubleshooting. I unplugged the power cord from the power supply and plugged it into a different power supply. The unit came back on and worked fine until today when it turned off and will not turn back on. I have tried a different plug and it still will not power back up. I have read this is a known issue. Best Buy won't answer their phone. How am I supposed to get this repaired under warranty or replaced? How is my family supposed to get through this Pandemic with no TV??? This unit powers our entire TV system.
