Great receiver for my surround sound system!!! It has soo many features!!! Absolutely love it!!!

Can't go wrong with this unit to have all of its features such as bluetooth, built-in chromecast, wifi, 7.2 channels for around $400. More than enough to power my klipsch and elac speakers. Definitely a unit to consider specially if you're in the upgrading stage but do not want to spend twice as much or more for the magnolia items.

I have now had this system in my house for a while now. It performs excellently in my mid sized living room. The only problem I have with it is I can only play it the way I like when my wife isn't home. The clarity, even at its attainable high volume levels, is extremely fine sounding. One of my best purchases for my theater system.

Great surround sound decoding. Great power. Everything works like described in the spec list.

When I purchased this receiver I was looking for a replacement for my Denon 4802. With the technology is changing I said why not. This receiver has all the bells and whistles and is used friendly. It has enough hdmi hookup and I like the bluetooth capabilities. So when friends come by now they can link to my receiver and play there music.

I bought this on Black Friday because who could refuse a 7.2 Dual Zone receiver? This receiver states that it works with Dolby Vision as well as other formats. After hooking up the receiver and programming my Harmony Remote I did my function test to get a NOTICE MESSAGE from the Onkyo receiver. the Message stated this: AVR recognizes a TV with Dolby Vision this AVR does not support this version of Dolby Vision the AVR may not be able to show the correct format. I didnt really care about that but the message popped up every time I turned on and off my tv and would not go away unless I used the receiver remote to make it go away. I called Onkyo and their customer service for the USA is amazing and fast. He stated there are issues with this model of Onkyo not functioning properly with LG TV's and gave me some fixes and I tried all of them and the message still did not go away. I am returning my receiver to get something else. If you have an LG 4k TV do not get this receiver. Any other TV this receiver works great!

This is a great receiver for the price, and coming from an over 10 year old receiver it is amazing. The setup mic and test set-up it does is great to get a base place to start with all the adjustments. Right now I am running it in 5.1, but looking to get another subwoofer and speakers in the ceiling so I can run Dolby Atmos.

The onkyo system is very nice hasn't had no problem with it. sounds good. easy to use.

Great sound, upgraded from the 575 model. All the same features plus more. Very satisfied.

Replaced and older Harmon Kardon. This is so much simpler to set up and sounds great.

Got this unit open box for 245 would have paid 2x that Awesome features great sound.

I haven't fully set this unit up, as I haven't got a TV hooked up to it. I've found the controls very limiting without a TV. The sound quality seems very good, with only a little distortion in the upper register (This is only noticeable under intense listening conditions). For these reasons I brought it down 1 star. I mainly bought this unit because it is one of a very select few on the market that still has a Phono pre-amp built in.

It does well but you need to plug in all your hdmi in the back of this baby and put the source on this machine. The machine itself has been pretty nice, I haven't tried any of the wifi or blutooth features but I believe you can connect rear speakers wirelessly and also have another set of wireless speakers in another room as well.

This unit is packed with all the technical processing features currently available, excellent connectivity, and outstanding sound quality. It's a receiver that not only fills my needs, but one I can grow into as I upgrade my television and speaker set up to take advantage of all that this receiver is capable of.
