I bought this receiver thinking my Yamaha had gone out. Was extremely disappointed with the output. Yamaha was way louder. Downloaded the app to control dual zone which was a nightmare and would not work correctly. I returned it because for the price it was not the same as my Yamaha. Turns out the problem was not my receiver but my direct tv. Not impressed at all with this receiver.

Stereo works great with the klipsch speakers I got for living room. Good price for the power and features. Only dislike is the volume seems to have to be turned up higher to get movies to sound good. Overall it performed well.

The setup is fairly easy, Wireless Connection is a walk-through. Word of advice the power to the B Channels is turned off by default. You need to go into the setting and turn them on if you have wired B Channel in another location.

Bought this with my 65 in. Samsung qled and it sounds freaking awesome! I've never owned a onkyo, but after reading positive reviews I wanted to try it. Oh felt the need to buy the 4 year warranty for just in case of peace of mind.

I like the brand and this has a variety of features at a fair price

This is the first new Receiver I have purchased in a long time, and already I have noticed a huge improvement in sound quality. The setup was a breeze. I have yet to explore all the features, but so far it performs flawlessly.

I purchased this as a surprise for my husband and he was so impressed with the gift. We can definitely hear an improvement whether we are watching TV, listening to music or even gaming. Best purchase we’ve made in a while.

I purchased this receiver for my home theater. I have Klipsch center channel, towers and surround speakers that are being pushed by the receiver and I couldn’t be happier. The setup was really straightforward and easy.

I recently purchased a new home with an older Onkyo receiver that didn’t have HDMI ports. I needed HDMI for gaming systems as well as out theater projector. I am very pleased with the performance of this unit.

I had a 13 year old Sony that still worked but I had trouble hearing the voices clearly, even though I have a 5.1 speaker system. This receiver changed that I can hear the voices very clearly. Very happy.

replacing a pioneer that is 20 yrs old and was impressed with the rating for onkyo and all the features you get with it. not only does it have 7.2 ch but it has 7 hdmi outlets versus others that only have 5

I use this to run my I pad through my speakers with bluetooth, my dvd player, and my satellite tv. The sound on all devices is great. You have to turn it up to about 45 before you can hear it but the scale goes up to about 100.

Nice A/V receiver with wifi and bluetooth connection. Able to play sirius xm (account needed). I bought this Onkyo to replace my old Denon receiver which just died. I'm happy with my purchase.

I do not know much about receivers, but this product was easy to setup and does its function to the best of my knowledge. Only complaint is the controller does not work going through the wall, but I did not expect it to.

Nothing but good things to say about this Reciever. It has almost everything you need including Dolby Atmos. Pair the right speakers with this and be prepared to be amazed.

I bought this on sale and it works great. Has two zones and 7 speakers can be hooked up, along with a subwoofer in one room and two speakers and in a different room(zone). Easy to use and setup.

This surround sound unit has so many HDMI out ports - it is truly versatile. It also has many other types of ports and supports up to 7.2. Great value for the money!

Really enjoy the new features I got with this receiver. Replaced an Onkyo I bought in 1998. Setup was easy. Bluetooth works great. Did run in to a problem with bluetooth where I had to factory reset the receiver.

I have set this up as 5.2 with bose acuostimass 5 & klipsch 150W sub.... sounds loud & clear in my media room.

Bought this to handle the sound from my new 75 inch Smart TV - and it does the job perfectly. It also handles the sound from my multi-CD player and my VCR. The sound is great - definitely recommended.
