This home surround sound is very nice once I can afford to get me some better speakers I know it will sound much better the picture looks great there is a few things that I have not had the time to try out with it yet but with time I will be able to put it to its full capability but for now it wiliest just fine

This home theatre system is a great value for money. It has the same features and performance of products that are twice its price. The Bluetooth functionality is very useful for streaming music and it is very straight forward to set up and use. The passthrough picture quality in 4k is excellent.

This Onkyo is a great mid range receiver. The thing is loaded with apps and works especially well with IOS devices. Bought this to replace my Yamaha V381. Didn’t go with the 7 speaker setup but gives the option to bi-amp off the 2 extra channels. First onkyo device and I am very satisfied with it.

Wish we had known it needs a TV for a proper setup. We don’t own a TV, but were able to figure out how to make the receiver partially work setting it up with the remote (after over an hour of trying), although I don’t know exactly what buttons we pressed to make it work. Still says “see TV”.

I purchased this on sale - didn't really need a receiver since I had an old Onkyo 605. However, glad I did - having 7 HDMI inbound ports was the price of omission alone. It also works great with my Logitech Harmony remotes and older, passive Definitive Technologies soundbar.

I am very happy with my purchase of this receiver. I had a denon before this, and all I can say is wow. This receiver is amazing, easy to set up, tweet and tune all of your speakers. And the output is simply the best. Got it great deal on it due to it being 1 model year old.

The product does not work. The sounds works but the cable repeatedly does not come through. The cable company came out and identified it as a receiver issue (as the cable box works fine when plugged in to TV directly). Biggest problem is Onkyo only has customer service hours M-F from 9-5 and I'm never home then to call them. Very disappointed

For that price. can’t ask for more. it checks all the boxes for an all round performance. has beefy power per channel to drive any decent passive speaker you throw at it. Support for Atmos is great to have. And support for wifi to connect to spotify and airplay are excellent add ons.

I bought this AV receiver to set up my home audio system. Even though I couldn't figure it out on time for my guests to enjoy (due to my inexperience with A/V products), I have since set it up and has been working well with my existing setup and wireless streaming.

My Onkyo receiver very glad that I was able to get one I'm sure you will be too hooked up to it 7 speakers plus a subwoofer odisha vibrate watching action movies and feeling the action in your chair I do believe you would be happy if you did get one especially from Best Buy!

This Onkyo Home Theater Receiver is really awesome! Beat my past Yamaha Home Theater receiver. I have only had one problem, the iPhone Airplay. It works fine one day, then no sound the next. I still gave it 5 stars since the issue could be with my iPhone.

The receiver does all of the features I want however, it heats up in the stereo cabinet .I am not sure if this is going to damage the receiver or possibly start a fire.

Excellent addition to a 4k set up. Support for all the latest 4k visuals and audio formats. Configure either as 7 or 5 speakers plus one or two subwoofers. It even has the convenience of ARC support.

Amazing setup prices, intuitive user interface and includes a tuning device for precise audio quality. Playing Atmos movies, especially with the 4k passthrough id flawless and sounds amazing. Couldn't have been happier with my purchase...

Workhorse receiver.... I had a really nice Yamaha before this one but as time goes along, the tech moves forward and old tech is, well, old tech. The receiver has been perfect in my bedroom media setup.

I chose this for the brand name/reputation in audio quality and boy am I glad i did. Has so many features and very neatly labeled back makes it easy to connect all your media. Even has Airplay though a bit disappointed not Airplay 2 compatible.

Product was ok. Really touchy on connecting to HDMI but ok

I previously had a 15 year old Onkyo amplifier and had no problems with it. I bought this one for the pass through features and dolby features. The price was right for a great amplifier with wonderful room filled sound separation. Great buy.

NO PROBLEMS . Reciever works and performs as advertised

Bought this system to replace my Sony, which had failed and was too costly to repair. I am very pleased with the Onkyo - TX 7.2-Ch with 4k hdmi pass through, I would highly recommend reviewing it if you're in the market for a new system.
