Looked at a lot of receivers before I purchased this one, what a great choice. And it was one of the few that you can in a turntable.

Out of the box there was something wrong with the subwoofer input. Had to exchange for a new one. Hope this was an isolated incident

Don't take me word for it, look up the reviews on-line. They all agree, it's the best mid range A/V receiver on the market!

Onkyo - TX 7.2-Ch. Hi-Res Network-Ready 4K Ultra HD and 3D Pass-Through A/V Home Theater Receiver - Black To start with I had to return this receiver as it just didn’t fit my expectations. I listen to my music every night and I intended to replace and older bedroom receiver that had a failing HDMI port. The feature set offered here is probably better and more complete than multichannel receivers costing much more. However, my experience was not the same as I have had with several Onkyo receivers over the years. The number one problem I had with this Onkyo was the sound quality. I play in stereo and the sound to me was just flat and without any texture or feeling. I also felt it was underpowered even in stereo. Another major complaint I had was the receivers network stability. I stream music from my network storage through my phone to the receiver. I could not get the Onkyo where I could trust it to show up as a DNLA or Chromecast device. For me this was a critical need which my not be true for other users. The receiver did update itself but that didn’t help with the problems I was having. I can’t comment on how this receiver performs as the center of a home theater system.

I love that the receiver has a turntable connection. The receiver has good reception and love listening to my TV through it also.

This receiver is good for someone on a budget. Has great features and decent power output for the price.

We purchased this receiver for our son, as a birthday gift. He absolutely loves it.

Has all of the inputs I need for that room. I have 4 home theater setups, while the Denon is my fav, this Onkyo does the job.

Great receiver, but sometimes doesn’t communicate correctly with tv. Does not always automatically shut off with tv.

this is it ! the reproduction quality in tandem with my klipsch speakers is like no other.

The receiver is working great thus far. I have connected it to my movie projector and tv, as well as to a new 3D Blu-Ray.

Got a great deal on Black Friday for this receiver. It can handle all the new 4K UHD and Dolby Vision. Love this
