I bought this unit awhile ago and started having ARC issues about a week later. After playing around with it for a bit I determined it was the unit and exchanged it for another one. I came back and hooked everything up again only to have it die out on me again about a week later. I decided I was done with Onkyo and went back to find a different brand. As soon as I brought up the issue to the sales rep she asked me if it was the Onkyo and knew exactly which model I was having trouble with. Apparently it's enough of an issue they know without me even having to mention the brand or model. Went with a Pioneer and have had zero issues since then.

Works flawlessly. Huge upgrade from the old Harmon Kardon. It’s amazing how much technology has changed.

I have used this multiple times. Radio stations and DVD work great. I haven't had any problems.

The receiver worked extremely well until recently. As I’m watching movies or listening to music the receiver cuts out like every 30 secs or so. It seems like it’s going out or a shortage. I will return for an exchange since I have the geek squad protection plan. Hopefully the same item is available. Overall it worked well until this problem occurred!

A great receiver for all the functions it has, but the receiver could use a little more power output.

It seems to have minor compatibility issues at times but for the price and feature set on ya alright.

This Onkyo setup is pretty nice. It's a good addition to a TV with crappy little speakers. Get ya one!

Worked good at first then just stopped working after two months.

Easy to set up. No problems so far. Purchased this product to replace a 25 year old 5.1 Onkyo.

I would recommend this receiver. Have had it for over 2 months and it have live up to expectations.

Nice features, easy setup with onscreen instructions. Plenty of hdmi inputs. Great for general home theater.
