Onkyo TX-NR5100
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted a clean sound stereo system for by Television and for listening to music.This system delivered the sound I was looking for. One small thing I don't like are the connecting ports for the surround speakers . They are too close together and may cause a short if you are not careful. Buy this system.

Dont go open box

Lil' thumper
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item was returned due to thumps from the subwoofer upon any change on the device (including turning it on). eg. switching from tuner to dvd or blu-ray or to internet radio or usb stick. That feature was fixed by every manufacturer in the 70's when they switched to solid state. The early units at that time always thumped when turned on. It was annoying then and still is now.
