    GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE 0 NOT AN OPTION..... Ordered this service on 1/1/17 the ad states you will receive an email within 15 minutes of your purchase to set up service time. well its now 2/3/17 and i have not received that email. The email address is correct because I received the order confirmation immediately after I made payment to that email address but never received the email to start the process. I called the 800 number in the email and i have to tell you, for them to call themselves Geeks they are not that bright. No one knew what i was talking about so kept transferring me to different departments. The reps were RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... requested a manager and suddenly the phone disconnected. This is a joke and a waste of time and money.
