This price is HALF what it would cost via OOMA at the moment, so it's a good deal. You will need to pay a $30 or so start-up fee. They can have you up and running within 2 hours if you want. Install is easy and can be done by yourself, so if you're pressed to schedule an install, put it out as far as you can, then do the install yourself and cancel having someone on-site to install it. If you want to add WIRELESS handsets, DO CALL Ooma first so you get the right stuff. Our business went from forwarding the call to a cell phone to forwarding our line to this service and appearing "big". We use this, the W60 and W56H handset and the Ooma phone app with 4 total extensions(lines) to take care of things now. Affordable, works good, sounds good. When I have had to deal with tech support, they are typically enabled to handle a large variety of tasks and can resolve most of your issues within minutes. I bought this on a Thursday, had it installed and cut-over to on Friday. I could have done this all same day but I purchased the gear after 7PM and didn't activate until Friday.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a small to medium size business. For $20 a month you get 2 lines in which one can be set up as a virtual assistant. I love that you can personalize the personal assistant to provide business information or give them other options like: Send to Voicemail or Send to a Phone #. I also like the fact that the phone is wireless so you don't need to connect it to the bay station with a phone cord. The pairing is super easy to do from the phone to the bay station! You can also use the Ooma app on your smart phone to receive the calls on your phone if you are away from the office or forward calls to a different phone #. The options are endless, you will not be disappointed. Also they have great customer service. My phone came without a power adapter and Ooma send me one right away!

Easy setup and works great for companies that have multiple locations. With call transfer that happens quick and seamless across one or multiple lines and even to cell phones. Only down side is the auto receptionist it can use an upgrade.

I needed a business phone in my office but wasn't able to get a landline connect installed there. This was next best option for my home office. Clear sound and easy set up.

Very good for a large or small company that need several options or to forward your calls to a number from the welcome greeting for press 1 for agent or press 2 for customer support. absolute great takes about an hour to setup but totally worth it.

Purchased this on sale at about half the Ooma price for the starter kit, then ordered additional phones from Ooma to complete the needs for our office. Setup of the wireless phone and the base were very simple but allowed for comprehensive options for our needs. The system itself works very well with a good internet connection. The combination of the business system and the Ooma Office app on cell phones makes a seamless system for remote work.

Besides the monthly payment this is the best small business phone system you can get. 2 lines and call forwarding. Great customer service and quality products. Just check the box before you leave the parking lot. 2 boxes at our store were missing a power cord needed for the initial setup.

I have been looking for this type of telephone for my desk and finally decided to buy this one. I'm glad I bought it, it was everything I was looking for. It is a great phone and works perfectly for me.

This product is a very reliable phone and base station. The sound quality is great and so is the range. I did have to contact Ooma for help with activating it, since I already had another desk phone (IP phone) with Ooma, so they added these devices to my account. I am using it for about a month now, and am very happy with it. You can connect any analog phone to the base station (including cordless phone systems).

I had Vonage...OOma is 100x times better and easy and has so many more functions and capabilities compared to other VOIP Services!! I LOVE my Ooma!!!

This is the type of phone offered by Ooma for their business phone service, but available at a substantial discount at Best Buy. It's not "plug and play", however, even if you have an existing Ooma account; you have to have your particular unit go through Ooma's process for adding equipment, and the registration took a day or two. No real snags, just not an instant process.
