The phone works great, but had many issues with porting my phone number. Over all, the phone works great, but had to rate 4 stars because of the porting issues.

We got this for my Father-in-law. He moved into an assisted living facility that only had VOIP as a phone option. This is a great option, he only needed a phone and nothing else, they wanted $39 a month for a phone line and it would not work with his analog-only Caption Call phone for the hard of hearing. Since they had no analog lines at all and had already tried an adapter, so the Ooma was a fantastic option to add an analog phone jack to his room. On top of that, the savings is just the cherry on top. It has worked great for the 3 weeks we have used it so far. I sen no reason not to get one if you have a solid internet connection.

Not too bad. Bought for mother who lives a couple hours away. Got hi-speed internet for ease of use. I would however like to see more remote repair options. Driving back when something needs rebooting or reconnecting was painful.

My 10 year old Ooma Telo died and I needed a replacement and didn't want to wait for shipping. Best Buy had this in stock and on sale. Love that I don't need to run an ethernet cable to the device. The handsets look great but work a bit differently from my other phones. I suspect it has to do with being multiline capable and I just need to read the manual. Since I was transferring service from an old device I had to call customer support to make it happen but they had me up and running fairly quickly.

Really a good set. Works best when the main unit is plugged into the wired router or switch. Set up was a breeze and Ooma seems like they thought the process through.

Bought this for my kids since they really don’t need a cell phone yet and this gives them a sense of freedom to talk to relatives without the distraction of a screen.
