Good product. Reasonably priced... Can save some money

I used ooma home phone 7 years ago, so far no problem at all, this time I want to upgrade Ooma. Just pay one time and save money for future.

Works fine, good customer service. Less then 7 dollars a month to operate in IN. Taxes only. Number ported in a week!

The product is top quality. It was easy to set up and they were able to port my phone number quickly and easily.

Good quality and you can put anywhere. The sound is clear. I have not try all the functions maybe later i would write a review again. For now it works good for me.

Bought to replace older one that was creating static this one works great. Nice price with handsets included.

The speaker on the back of the headsets are a bit crude. Other than that it serves my purpose as a secondary communications device.

The Ooma system has amazing voice quality. The handsets are nice too. Love their essentially no cost service options (you only pay mandatory taxes).

One of the handsets is defective. I talked with The Geek Squad and got absolutely nowhere in getting it replaced. I ended up having to purchase a handset and am stuck with the defective one.

This is the second one they are great. I got it for elderly person that could not afford a cell phone. It only 6.00 a month for great service. I had mine for 4 years now not problems.

I was replacing my first generation Telo and old Panasonic handsets. The service is still great and glad that Ooma is still going strong. However, the disappointed experiences from both Best Buy and Ooma... 1. The unit needed a firmware update which only can be resolved with an RMA with Ooma. Best Buy should be more on top of these situations and replace their defunct units rather than let there customers deal with it on their own. 2. Best Buy needs to place FedEx as their shipping partner. Even before the pandemic, my orders were always 1-2 days late. Shipping was free to be fair but a known timing is appreciated to manage receiving. 3. Ooma support dropped the ball three times when transferring my account over to the new unit and not updating me on the progress. Support has gone down hill. Otherwise, once you are up and running without activation problems like mine, phone service is still great.

Phone is worth it, has many circumstances but it was helpful to have.

We are enjoying our ooma phones with the cheaper monthly cost of service.

Better then having the normal phones for the house went from 35$ from spectrum to 6$ a month max.

After adding advanced features my monthly phone bill is up to $8.00
